Kort fortalt er der tale om en fuld understøttet ITSM løsning der indeholder alle de kapaciteter som du kender fra Jira Service desk samt følgende nye egenskaber:

Atlassian har udmeldt at de kommende Jira Service Management udgivelser vil inkludere Mindville Insight og Halp som en integreret del af produktet.

Introducing Jira Service Management

Jira Service Management is based on the former Jira Service Desk. Atlassian has upgraded the software to include an optimized integration with Jira Software, Bitbucket, and Confluence. In short, JSM is a fully operated ITSM solution which includes all the former capacities which Jira Service Desk is known for as well as the following new features:

  • Modern incident management, powered by Opsgenie
  • Change management, built for the DevOps era
  • Intuitive, amazing service experiences

Atlassian announced that the future releases of Jira Service Desk will include Mindville Insight and Halp as an integrated part of the product
