On Friday the 15th of February, 2019, celebratory cake is being eaten in the canteen of ISS World Services A/S. We are celebrating their new service desk implemented to support their global IT and finance processes.

The first version of the new global service desk consists of:

  • Jira Service Desk data center running on 4 servers
  • 6 add-ons, including Refined Theme for Jira Service Desk, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards, and ScriptRunner for Jira.
  • Scripting to automate otherwise trivial and manual work processes.
  • An implemented collaboration model that connects the Jira Service desk projects to their global application development, which is done by using Jira Software

We would like to thank ISS for the working relationship, and we look forward to develop more solutions in projects to come.

… and for those interested in the cake, it was a vanilla cake with Callebaut chocolate chips and a mango/passion mousse. It was good – it was really good.
