Unified project and resource overview across the entire organization
Nordic MV, a Danish MedTech company, got a common and user-friendly tool for project management, follow-up and transparency in decision-making processes.

Introduction
Nordic MV is a fast-growing company that dismantles, transports and stores medical imaging equipment. The tasks are often carried out across departments, locations and time periods – including weekends – and therefore place high demands on planning, coordination and overview.
To support this complexity, Nordic MV wanted to establish a common tool for cross-organizational project management and resource allocation that could be used by employees with different technical backgrounds.
Development areas
Nordic MV had the following wishes:
- One common project management tool for an overview of ongoing projects
- Improved inventory management and visibility across the organization
- Better management and planning of technician resources
- It was crucial that the tool was user-friendly and could be used by employees with different technical skills
Implementation
Nordic MV partnered with Aety to implement monday.com as a common platform for project management, resource allocation and inventory overview.
Aety’s consultants set up the majority of the solution, after which the employees completed the final customizations themselves. Nordic MV started with monday.com’s Pro version, but quickly upgraded to the Enterprise version to gain access to advanced features.
How to proceed
To ensure anchoring in the organization, Nordic MV’s project managers were trained in the administration of monday.com, after which they trained the rest of the employees themselves. Implementation began in June 2023 and the solution was ready for use in August 2023.
After going live, the employees have continuously developed the solution to best support their workflows. For example, they have integrated monday.com’s AI functionality into the inventory management to create a more dynamic and efficient overview.
Today, primarily minor adjustments are made, and Nordic MV uses Aety as a sparring partner for advice and further development.

Already in the pilot phase, the department has achieved several concrete improvements:
