360 degree review of your Atlassian installation

At aety, we often meet customers who have used Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products for many years. These customers may want a review of their platform for various reasons.

If you are to migrate your Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence installation to the cloud or data centre, we recommend to do a health check of your current Atlassian installation.

 

Depending on the scope, a health check typically costs between DKK 30,000 and 60,000 ex. VAT. and concludes with a report containing an analysis plus suggestions for remediation.

Our process follows the model below, where the consultant will focus on one of the above focus points:

Technical review of your setup

  • Review of infrastructure
  • Review of Atlassian installation
  • Review and overview of configuration (e.g. workflows, issue types, user access)
  • Overview of apps

Interview of key persons

  • Workshop/interview round of key persons/system managers
  • Insight into how the platform is included in the task solution
  • Processing of interviews

Preparation of report on results

  • Combined report of findings from technical review and interviews
  • Improvement proposals based on best practice use of Atlassian’s products, including estimate of improvement
