Small Teams Offer: For small teams, customers can sign up for the standard Jira Service Management Cloud model and get 10 Jira Service Management agent licenses for free for 12 months. The offer expires on 31 March 2023, and if you want to take advantage of the offer, you must contact us.
Offer for larger organizations: From larger organizations, customers who expand to 201+ Jira Service Management agent licenses or purchase a new instance with 201+ agent licenses can get a 30% discount on their first year of a 3-year contract. Offer applies to Jira Service Management Cloud (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise Edition) and Jira Service Management Data Center.
Please note that the offer expires on 30 June 2023.
If you wish to switch from an older ITSM supplier, you are entitled to receive a 30% discount on new Jira Service Management agent licenses in the first year of a 3-year contract. Thereby you can modernize your ITSM platform. However, you must be aware that you must expand to more than 200 agent licenses for Cloud or to 250 agent licenses for Data Center.
