Frequently asked questions about Atlassian Cloud
Yes. Atlassian has confirmed that if an offer is created before October 15, 2025, customers will receive the current price. Existing offers will be recognized until they are deleted. Once a quote is deleted (typically 14 days after expiration), it should not be restored as the customer will have to pay the new price.
For an active offer to remain valid, the customer must avoid making changes to their Cloud site. Any changes, such as activating or deactivating licenses or trial versions, will automatically delete active offers as they will no longer be accurate. A new quote must then be created and this will be subject to the new pricing structure.
It depends on whether you are a Site Administrator or a primary billing contact:
- Site Administrators
- Log in to admin.atlassian.com.
- Find your relevant Cloud site, click on the three dots (…) and select “View billing” to see your “Billing Overview”.
- Click on “Billing History” to view your recent invoices.
- Download the latest bill as a PDF.
- Open the PDF and view the details page where you’ll find a broken down overview of your subscriptions for each app.
- Primary billing or technical contact (who is not the Site Administrator)
-
- Log in to my.atlassian.com.
- Click “Orders” in the top navigation bar.
- Select “Invoices” in the “Order Center”.
- Find the latest paid Cloud invoice(s).
- Download and open the PDF and find the details page.
Answer. Atlassian states that customers with monthly subscriptions can switch to annual billing and prepay for either 12 or 24 months. It is also possible to pay for 36 months for selected customers. Existing annual customers can also renew for 12 or 24 months (or 36 months for select customers) if they are within 90 days of their Cloud site’s expiration date.
The last day to create a Cloud quote with the current 2025 pricing is October 14, 2025. Quote requests received on or after October 15, 2025 will be subject to the new pricing structure. Atlassian recommends requesting a quote several days before the new pricing change takes effect due to expected increased demand.
