What is monday.com?

Monday.com is a visual Work OS platform that allows you to combine Work management, IT service management, knowledge sharing and internal communication in one system. The platform is based on an intuitive design that allows your employees to easily manage and streamline their work tasks via workflows that can be adapted to your specific processes. Monday.com offers built-in automations and integrations that improve productivity and connect your existing systems with monday.com.

monday.com onboarding+

When purchasing enterprise licenses, Aety offers an onboarding package that is included in the license acquisition. The package contains help to get started and an introduction to the functions of monday.com, as a user and administrator.

You have the option of purchasing extended onboarding, in which a consultant is assigned to help you with solution design, super user training, and page training.

monday.com health check

Health checks are for existing customers who have been using monday.com for a while and who want a review of the platform. The review will focus on possible optimizations and good ideas for expanding the solution with new features. Before starting, a meeting will be held with you to clarify wishes for specific focus areas.
