SAFe implementation with Jira and BigPicture

Implementation approach

We know for sure that the tool does not do it alone. That is why we are specialists in securing a solution that supports value creation at all levels in your organisation. The interaction between people, processes and tools is complex by definition, and it is our finest task to tailor solutions and processes so that we create harmony and synergy in step with the organisation’s maturation and growth. We do this by using the following implementation model.

First of all, we help you map out your visions and current challenges with the tool’s support. Both in terms of the technical platform, processes, and culture. We then give you an insight into the possibilities through tool demos and prototypes so that you can set the right requirements and make the right decisions.

From here, we tailor a solution that gives you the most value possible. The solutions vary according to context and starting point. The division below should be seen as a proposal for engagement based on our experience. The specific course is tailored after step 1.

We must have the right people to drive the implementation. Once the solution model had been found, we put together the sharpest team and created an agile team. We take our own medicine and run all sprint-based projects with associated ceremonies, ensuring progress, transparency, continuous dialogue, and collaboration.

Based on identified requirements, the backlog is prepared and refined for the first sprints.

Sprints are executed in the agile team and incremental value is created. Training is included in sprints.
